We know this seems too good to be true. We hear it all the time. Our mission is to make homes more affordable. Sales commission makes up a small, yet sizable portion of your purchase, that’s what we give back to you.
No hidden costs. That’s our policy. We don’t refer to people who do half finished products or sneaky upsells after you’ve paid a deposit. Everything listed on abodable is fully finished unless otherwise stated. This includes the turf, the driveway etc. Although this might seem a touch more expensive, it’s actually cheaper in the long run.
We keep a reduced commission from each property. We give back the majority of the commission, operate our business lean & efficient so you can benefit.
