We know this seems too good to be true. We hear it all the time. Our mission is to make homes more affordable. Sales commission makes up a small, yet sizable portion of your purchase, that’s what we give back to you.
No hidden costs. That’s our policy. We don’t refer to people who do half finished products or sneaky upsells after you’ve paid a deposit. Everything listed on abodable is fully finished unless otherwise stated. This includes the turf, the driveway etc. Although this might seem a touch more expensive, it’s actually cheaper in the long run.
We keep a reduced commission from each property. We give back the majority of the commission, operate our business lean & efficient so you can benefit.
Yes. We only work with new property.
No, we choose to opt out of artificial inflation. In most properties, theres margin from efficiencies. This margin is used as the sales commission which we give back to you.
The refund will be displayed on each property like the tick below. You need to be logged in to see the amount you get back.
You'll receive your refund within 7-14 days of settlement.
The refund comes from Abodable. This refund would have been our commission. However, we pass this on to you, to make your home more affordable.
Anyone is eligible to buy from Abodable and receive the commission refund upon settlement. This includes, but is not limited to:
The commission refund comes with every property property where listed on Abodable. As long as you're good to buy, you'll get the refund. However, we recommend you have the following to help make your buying eligibility more stable:

We're constantly growing based on areas of demand. If you're looking for a particular development or package, fill out this form and we will work with local developers to get it listed.
You don't, however if you do the process will be faster.
If you haven't been approved for finance, we suggest getting in touch with a local bank or broker in your area.
Repayments will be determined by a number of factors such as: deposit, interest rate, rebate amount and more. We can give you a rough repayment amount however we recommend talking with one of the finance specialists at reif.com.au to workout an exact amount.
