We’re really excited about our latest feature! We’ve been working on a new feature designed to augment our off-the-plan property search experience. It’s something to help you out when you haven’t been able to find what you’re after; to search for you while you can’t. We’re talking about Properties for You.

It’s simple: sign up or sign in, get searching on the search page, and we’ll take a look at what you’re searching for and suggest new properties based on what you’re looking for as they come up. How good is that?! We know it’s not exactly a new or novel concept - many platforms have been doing it for years, but we’re hoping it will help you find a home right up your alley, with a commission refund to help sweeten the deal.

How does it work?

Looking at how it works a bit closer when you jump onto our search page and look for properties, the filters you apply, such as bed, bath, cars, and property type will be collected and will boost properties with those preferences. The top picks based on the filters you’re applying will be sent to you in the email, at your preferred frequency. We’re also making sure you won’t get the same properties recommended again in these emails, to keep it as fresh and useful as possible.

If you’ve just signed up, we’ll start sending you suggestions once we collect enough data as you search. If you ever want to change how often we send emails, you can update your preferences in your account settings. We send out weekly emails every Monday morning, fortnightly emails every second Monday, and monthly emails at beginning of each month. Stopped searching for property for the time being? You can opt-out of the emails too until you’re ready to start looking again.
