How much is the bonus UNO cashback?
The bonus UNO cashback is $1,000. To qualify for the UNO bonus cash back your home loan must be organised through a UNO Broker and settle with one of UNO's 25+ lenders and be the loan used to finance the purchase of a property via the Abodable property buying service
Can I get cashback on any house I buy?
No, the cashback only applies to the hundreds of properties listed via the Abodable service.
When do I get my cashback?
The cashback (including the bonus UNO cash back) is paid when you settle on your property
Does either UNO or Abodable make money from referring me to the other?
No. Neither UNO and Abodable make any money from referring you to the other company. We are both independent companies providing the service independently but wanted you to get an experience that was seamless and cohesive.. and that came with a better outcome than if you went to each company individually
Can I use the cashback towards my deposit?
No, the cashback and bonus UNO cash back can't be used for your home loan deposit. It gets paid to you post settlement so you could put it towards paying a nice chunk of your loan or some nice new furniture or homewares!
Do I have to get my home loan via UNO Home Loans?
To get the bonus cash back you must also get your home loan via a UNO broker. As Australia's Online Mortgage Broker a UNO broker can help you no matter where you are in Australia (or the world actually). Even if you already have a pre-approval it pays to get a second opinion.
Is UNO Home Loans a lender?
No, UNO is an Online Mortgage Broker. We don’t make lending decisions, we help customers to find the best loan for their needs and circumstances from a panel of over 25 lenders.
Can I get this offer multiple times?
Yes! If you buy multiple properties each one would qualify for the cashback independently and get it each time.

Purchase a newly built or off the plan property via Abodable and get your home loan via UNO and get minimum $5k cashback (up to $50k) and the bonus UNO cash back of $1,000
Exclusions: Only applies for property purchases on newly built or off the plan properties sourced via Abodable. Excludes home loan refinancing. Cash back can not be used towards your deposit. Normal lender assessment policy applies. Neither UNO nor Abodable are the lender or able to make lending decisions.
Property purchase price must be at least $500,000 and bought via the Abodable Property service to qualify for the cash back or bonus cash back.
